The annual meeting of the Homeowners of Hilltop Estates happened on November 10, 2018 at 10:00 am at our park. The meeting was lightly attended. You can obtain copies of the documents handed out at the meeting by pressing the buttons below.
The Hilltop Homeowners Association Board of Directors has reviewed our methods of applying interest. It has been decided to changed how interest is accrued on an account starting from when you purchased your property. You will be notified by mail of any changes to your account. This is a time consuming process so please bear with us.

The Hilltop Homeowner’s Board of Directors would like to thank Philip Harper for choosing to do the repair of our parks picnic tables and benches as his Eagle Scout Project. We would also like to thank Philip’s parents and all the parents and scouts from Troop 67 who came out to help. They did a great job!
