The Hilltop Homeowners’ Association is now offering e-billing
To sign up to receive your billing statement by email, send the following:

- Property Address
- Email Address
TO: hilltop.hoa.billing@gmail.com
It may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to start getting your statements by email.
The May 2023 Board Meeting has been rescheduled for May 16, 2023 at 7pm. It will be held at the Taco Cabana at 2601 Dean Street, Balch Springs, TX 75180.
The monthly Board meeting scheduled for May 9, 2023, has been postponed. Please check back in a few days to see when the meeting will take place.
Due to illness the February board meeting has been canceled. If you wanted to talk to the Board of Directors at the meeting, please contact us and we can set a date to meet personally. Next Board meeting will be on March 14, 2023.
The February 2023 Board meeting has been changed from February 14th to February 15th. Place and time have not changed. All are welcome to attend.
